Day 11 of “A 30 Day Journey into Stillness”

When I am willing to really look — to be with what is underneath the busy surface of my habits —  then Real Life stares back at me. In that fierce gaze I am always startled by the naked vulnerability of Life. The transparency of relating to Life directly is the territory of the Universal Heart. Our willingness to know beyond our hardened concepts about life, self, and other, is the path to Love.
